Students will have fun creating watercolor paintings using a variety of materials and techniques. We'll explore colors and textures. Each class begins with a demonstration that everyone participates in, then we move on to the painting. Everyone will finish their painting. Come to this class to gain knowledge and for a fun experience!
Class is for Adults 18 and over.
Beginner to Advanced experience level.

$30 Members | $35 Non-Members

Required supplies:
Watercolor paints including: Ultramarine French blue, cerulean or manganese, indigo, alizarin crimson, cad red (dark or med), cad orange, cad yellow med, yellow ochre, burnt sienna, sap green, olive green, white, black. If you have paints set up already, we'll work with those. Palette to mix one, a rigid support board (Masonite or plastic, or other type) approximately 14"x18", watercolor paper 9"x12" (Arches or Canson 140 lb.), masking or blue tape 1" - 1 1/2", paper towels, pencil 2B or 2H, white eraser and/or gummy gray eraser. Brushes may include but aren't limited to: 1" flat, #6 #10 #14 round, rigger/liner.
