The Youth Gallery is closed during July when the space is given over to LCAC’s annual membership competition show.


June 2019 - A Day in the Life of Lodi

We are scheduled to show youth entries from the “Day in the Life” photography event during June.

Two small but eye-catching shows appear in the Youth Gallery for June. We have youth entries from the photo contest "Day in the Life of Lodi", and we have collages from Ronald E. McNair High School.

May 2019 - Omid Izadi

We hope you have enjoyed our May show in the gallery by Omid Izadi. This talented 12 year old was not only admitted to our recent Spring Show but also won an award in the Delicato Show earlier in 2019. He has also won many youth awards with his art.


April 2019: Lodi High School

Our April Show is from the Photography students in Michael Cruz's class at Lodi High School. These students learn traditional dark room skills and produce engaging black and white photo art.

Awards were voted in People’s Choice competition in three categories:  Photo and Computer Graphics, Painting and Drawing, and Ceramics.

A class project from the Computer Graphic class features designs for chip bags.

The wheel-thrown mug on the stand is the Ceramics Category 1st place winner by Samantha Resendez.

A class project from Ceramics could be excellent yard or patio art. Prices on these are open to offers, and money goes to buy class materials.
