Class Size: 6 minimum, 9 maximum

Members: $150 (or $50 per class)
Non-Members: $190 (or $65 per class)

Required Supplies:
For the oil color theory class each day we will try a different color theory. I will provide colors not on my materials list. Subject your choice & your photo. Bring a canvas. Tone it with yellow Ochre. (I will provide colors for August 3rd, do NOT buy black)
August 3: Limited Palette: Titanium white, yellow ochre, burnt sienna (or terra rosa) & ivory black
August 10: Monochromatic
August 17: Complimentary or Split compliments (returning students can have modified choices)
Oil Paints:
Alizarin Crimson*
Burnt Sienna*
Cadmium red light
Cadmium Yellow
Naples Yellow*
Thalo Blue*
Titanium White*
Ultramarine Blue*
Viridian Green*
Yellow Ochre
*colors are a must.
Brushes & Misc:
Filbert Brushes#1, #2, #3, & #6. I use Utrecht Series 209.
(If you already have filberts, bring what you have.)
Canvas size of your choice.
Liquin Original
Turpenoid
Metal cup for turpenoid
Rags or paper towels
Palette, large, your choice
French Easel or bring what you have. If you sit the art center has easels to use.
